A feature that has been requested repeatedly is to have the ability to mass email volunteers. Well, now you can! Now when you go to the Members page in your admin, there will now be an Email Members button.

By default it will only be visible to admin users but you can edit your ‘Member Groups’ to give other volunteers permission.

Just like when you email volunteers who have been rostered onto a service, you can filter through your volunteers and choose who you want to email. For example you might only want to email the Worship Team from your Central Campus.

I’ve also set it up so that if you are wanting to email a single volunteer you can do so. Simply click on the member as if you were going to edit them and you will now see a blue button at the top right.

You can also use the email members feature from your mobile phone on the mobile version.
