Service reporting, group reporting and new mobile layout

It’s been a big few weeks here at elvanto as we have continued to develop our church database. We’ve silently been making some updates to the back end and today we finally release some of them. So here we go…

Service reporting

You may have already seen or even started using this feature. This has been in BETA for a few weeks now and today we finally release it.

You can now either on your computer or via your mobile phone, submit reports about a service. This may be attendance, notes or any other stat you would like to record. In true elvanto fashion this is customisable to suit your church and different service types.

For more details on how to get started using this feature, see the help guide.

Group reporting

We have also released Group Reporting into the church database allowing you to track attendance in groups. On both your computer or mobile device, it’s a simple as ticking off who attended. It will take 10 seconds to mark the role of an average sized group. You can also write shared or private notes about people within groups.

At present we don’t have any reports you can print off based on group reporting but we’ll be developing them in soon. Update: We have now released a ‘Group Reporting’ report under the ‘Existing Reports’ section. You can print off reports for all or specific groups over a certain time period.

More details on group reporting, see the help guide.

New mobile layout

We’ve overhauled our mobile version with a new layout and better functionality. It works on more mobile devices too! We’ve also given the ability to view all people (not just volunteers) in the back end, groups and even submit reporting. Check it out and let us know your thoughts!

That’s all for now. More updates and exciting changes are on their waaaaaayyyy! And yes financials are still in the works. Just doing some final testing :)
