Worship planning and volunteer scheduling
elvanto gives you the ability to manage your whole volunteers operation within your church with its powerful features! No more rosters created in Excel. No more double ups. No more wasting your precious time.
elvanto allows you to create worship services for your church with a couple of clicks and by filling in a few form fields. You can then create your service plan, roster on your volunteers and assign songs to each service.
Each of your volunteers are assigned to the departments they serve in so you can easily identify who serves in what department when rostering volunteers onto your services.
Volunteers can create their own accounts and then log in and view the latest updates, view their roster, download required files and even submit unavailability. Just think of the time this will save you!

You can quickly and easily schedule on volunteers and assign songs to a service. When volunteers login, they can check if they are rostered on and can quickly see times, songs, locations and any other details provided.

Using our simple drag and drop interface, you can quickly create a service plan, which can then be viewed on a mobile device or printed out and handed to your team on the day. Worship Planning is simple with elvanto.

Assign your volunteers to the departments they serve in so that assigning them to a service is an absolute breeze! Departments are flexible so volunteers can be assigned to multiple departments.

elvanto comes with a powerful blog feature. You can post news, updates, quotes, videos, images and practically anything, keeping your volunteers on the cutting edge of what's going on within your church.

Volunteers can quickly log in and view the upcoming services that they are rostered on. They have access to information including the location, songs and call times for each particular service. This way no one will ever lose emails or printed rosters.

Volunteers are always going to go away for whatever reason. Rather than them sending you texts, emails or telling you in person, they can quickly submit their unavailability through their account. You can then see who's unavailable when assigning volunteers to services.

No longer is there the problem of trying to keep track of which volunteers are going away and when. When you roster volunteers onto a service, each volunteer who is away for that service will be marked saving you time and frustration.

Every time you roster a volunteer onto a service, elvanto will quickly check and notify you if that volunteer is already rostered on that service or if they are rostered on at another location making your life easy when creating your rosters.

You can email any volunteers who are rostered onto a service. You can just email volunteers who haven't confirmed or send out a mass email to all volunteers on the service.

Add songs that are played at your services. Upload or link to charts, lyrics, audio tracks and even embed videos. Paste in lyrics and chords and transpose chord charts. All this can then be accessed by each volunteer when they log into their account.

If some of your volunteers don't have an Internet connection, you can print off a roster and hand it out to them keeping everyone in the loop.

When you send an SMS or email notification to unconfirmed volunteers, it will give them the option to accept or decline being rostered on. If they decline, they are asked for a reason which is then sent to an assigned person who is notified along with a list of volunteers who are available instead.

Your volunteers can sync their roster with their favourite calendar software allowing them to always be up-to-date with when they are serving.

You don't need to worry about having outdated contact information for your volunteers. Volunteers can update their contact details at any time when logging into their account.

Allow new volunteers to create their own accounts. You can then limit these new accounts with what they can see if you are not wanting them to gain acces to all information. At any time you can upgrade their account and give them full access.
