Do all people get access to the Admin Area?
No. Only people you have assigned as an Admin or are within an Access Permission that has admin permission can view the admin.
If they are assigned to a Access Permission that only has permission to access the Member Area, they can only view the areas in which they have been assigned.
If a person has no Access Permission assigned to them, and they are not an Admin, they will only be able to see posts on the home page.
