What happens during the 30 Day Trial?

During the 30 Day Trial you get a fully functional elvanto account. You can use elvanto as though you were a paying customer for the full 30 Days of the trial. Once the trial ends, you will simply be downgraded to the Free plan which also gives you full features except you are limited to 20 people in your church. You are not and never will be obligated to upgrade to a paid plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

All monies are deducated automatically either from your Credit Card or Bank Account through a company called PayPal. PayPal is the world's leading payment gateway and is used by millions of people around the world including companies like eBay. We take multiple currencies including Australian Dollars, US Dollars, Great Britian Pounds, Euros and more. You can choose your currency by clicking the button below the plan features list above.

What am I paying for?

We have developed and continue to improve the elvanto software which in the long run is going to save you a lot of time. We also offer free support to all customers whether they are on a Free account or a paying customer. A portion of every dollar raised through elvanto is given to help aid children in 3rd world nations, build church buildings and support those doing the work of the ministry. Are there any lock-in contracts?

There are no minimum contract periods and you are never locked-in. There is no obligation to sign up and there is no obligation to stay signed up if you do. You can cancel at any time!

I'm part of a denomination and would like to add all churches in my denomination under one account. Is that ok?

elvanto comes with the ability to set-up multiple locations for a single church, not for every church within your denomination. Each individual church within your denomination would need to sign up under their own account. We can however provide a special package for denominations who would like to use the single elvanto account for all of their churches. Please contact us with details about who your denomination is, where they are located and how many people in total within those churches.
