Elvanto charges by the amount of active adults stored in your account. An active adult is someone who attends your services, volunteers or gives financially.
We don't charge for active children, and aren't strict when it comes to the age limit of a child. If they still live at home and attend church with parents, leaving them as a child is totally fine!
You may have community contacts or people who attended your church at one stage, but no longer attend. If you'd like to retain and keep track of these people's details, they can be stored in the system at no charge.
There are two ways to facilitate these non-active members: mark them as Contacts or Archived.
Contacts are people whose information you can still access, keep in contact with and invite to events. The main limitation when it comes to Contacts is that you can only edit certain information on their profile. This includes:
Archived people are by default hidden from view. You can include archived people in reports but if you wish to access their profiles, you will need to reactivate them as a Contact or an Active person.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime, even if you pay upfront. Any unused credits from your old plan will to go towards the new plan. Read more about how upgrade costs are calculated.
